Install OS via Flashdisk?

Para bro sekalian....
Ada yang tau ga bagaimana cara bikin instalasi windows xp via Flashdisk..?
Maksudnya file cd bootable WinXP yang sudah dibikin image, lalu dibakar ke flashdisk sehinnga nanti instalasi OS via flashdisk tersebut.. :dots: :dots:
